Gary N. Hardiman

Gary Hardiman has been the Firm's Senior Paralegal since 1986. Gary graduated with honors from UCLA’s graduate-level paralegal program in 1977, and went on to become an instructor there. He has been a supervising paralegal for an elite law firm in Los Angeles (the former Tuttle & Taylor) as well as the corporate secretary and manager of a large, international nonprofit corporation’s legal department in the SF Bay Area. He is an NASD and NYSE (collectively now “FINRA”) Arbitrator. He is the author of “Buildings As Trademarks” for the American Institute of Architects’ national newsletter, and administers the Firm’s client trademark portfolio. Gary has lectured on E-Discovery at a Multnomah Bar Assn. continuing legal education seminar and, with Mike, lectured on securities litigation at the Annual Education Conference and National Forum of the National Association of Legal Professionals. Off hours, Gary enjoys hanging out with friends and family, playing basketball and guitar (check out his YouTube channel, “garysescape”, especially the video of his weekend with John Lennon and Yoko Ono).
